How long until I get my order?

Allow 7–9 business days (Mon–Fri) to process and pack your order. Shipping time is on top of that. Every order ships with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility, not ours, so check your country's rules before ordering.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping Australia-wide over $120 AUD, and free international shipping over $300 AUD. Below those amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order link with the tracking number from your confirmation email.

How do I know my size?

Every product page has a Fit Guide — check it before you buy. Since all sales are final, take a second to get your size right.

Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. Please read your selection carefully before you complete your order. If you were sent the wrong item or your product is defective, email us at contact@judah.com.au and we'll sort it out.

How do drops work?

We release in limited drops. Once a piece sells out it's gone unless we restock. Get 24hr early access to every drop by joining the VIP list — sign up on any page, or join our WhatsApp channel.
